How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated arrival time is displayed below the “Add to cart” button on each product page. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll arrange your delivery and send tracking details. For Melbourne customers, we offer same-day delivery upon arrival.
Do you have stock available? Can I request express shipping?
Most of our products are made to order. You can check the estimated arrival time below the “Add to cart” button on each product page. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer express shipping as the products follow a scheduled production and shipping timeline. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I view the sofa or fabric colours in person?
We don’t have a public showroom or warehouse visit option at this time—sorry for the inconvenience! However, you can view real customer photos and styling inspiration on our Instagram page @portasofa. If you’d like to know more about colours or textures, feel free to reach out via DM or email.
Can I buy a sofa cover separately? Are there any in stock?
Yes — you can order extra covers directly from our website here:
Once we receive your order, we’ll arrange production as soon as possible. As the covers are made to order, the estimated timeframe is 4–5 weeks. We’ll deliver it to you right after it arrives at our warehouse.
